These can require a quick adjustment in the assembly if the stop switch does not function. This problem can present as a safety key error and or issues with the other keys. To help with the issue we have outlined the steps below.
Tools Required:
- Small Flathead Screwdriver or Pry Tool
- Phillips Screwdriver
Note:
You will need to have the Activity Zone removed from the machine to perform these steps.
Begin by using a small tool to pry the lock away from the switch. Then remove the switch from the bracket.
Unscrew the stop switch mount from the Activity Zone and feed the switch through from the front.
Slide the switch through the bracket and slide it down until the switch is flush with the top of the bracket.
Then re-attach the bracket and switch to the Activity Zone.
Install the Activity Zone into the machine.
This completes the steps required to overcome issues with the stop switch on a new Activity Zone.
