Nautilus NTR300 English (MPH) or Metric (KPH) Measurements How To Select

To program your Treadmill console for KPH or MPH perform the following steps:

• Unplug the treadmill.
  • Or remove the safety key.
    
• Press and hold “Incline up” and “Incline down key”.
• Have someone plug in power while you continue to hold down the “Incline up” key and “Incline down" key.
  • Or insert the safety key while continuing to hold down the "Incline up" key and "Incline down" key.
    
• Press “Start”/”Pause” key to change from English units to Metric units.
• An “E” indicates English, and “N” indicates metric.
• Press “Enter”.
• Press “Start/Pause”. Incline calibrates, then speed.
• When successfully completed, the display shows “calibration passed”.
• Press “Power”; Your treadmill is ready for use.
