Where to Find Your BowFlex Serial Number

Use the locations below to find the serial number on your BowFlex equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.

Ellipticals

Serial Number Locations for Bowflex Ellipticals
  1. Located mid-frame on the middle stabilizer.

Exercise Bikes

Serial Number Locations for Bowflex Bikes

A serial number may be found in one of these locations

    1. Located mid-frame, between the front and rear stabilizers.
    2. Located on the rear upright frame on the user's left side.
    3. VeloCore Model: Located on the front of the bike.

Treadclimber

Serial Number Locations for Bowflex Treadclimbers

A serial number may be found in one of these locations

  1. Located on the bottom frame, user's left side.
  2. Located on the inside of the bottom frame, user's right side.
  3. Older Units: Located on the front of the unit, near the locking lever.
  4. Older Units: Located on the rear of the unit.

Max Trainer

Serial Number Locations for Bowflex Max Trainers
  1. Located on the front stabilizer on the user's right side.

A serial number may be found in one of these locations

    1. Located on the cradle (underneath, side, or in the dumbbell space).
    2. Located on the bottom frame of the stand.
    3. Located on cross plate between the left and right legs of the stand.
