Where to Find Your Cybex Serial Number

Use the locations below to find the serial number on your Cybex equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.

Treadmills

1. Located on the bottom front of the machine near the power cord or on/off switch.
2. Located on the rear crossbar under the treadmill deck.

Arc Trainer

Located on the front bottom cross-member.

Exercise Bikes

Located on the front stabilizer bar.

Strength

Note: Multi-station units will have one serial number per station.
Located on the base, near the weight stack.

Stair Climbers

Located on the back of the console upright.
