Where to Find Your Epic Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your Epic equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
A serial number may be found in one of these locations
- Located on the front of the machine
- Located on the crossbar (machine must be in the folded position).
- Located on the rear inside deck frame, the user's right side.
Ellipticals
A serial number may be found in one of these locations
- Located on the bottom of the base frame (front or middle; must tip unit on its side to access.)
- Located on the rear stabilizer.
- Located on the bottom of the ramp.
Exercise Bikes
Indoor Cycles
Located on the bottom of the base frame (tilt bike on its side to access).
Upright and Recumbent
Located on the bottom of the base frame (front or middle).
Strength
Benches
- Located on the bottom of the seat pad.
CTS
- Located on the rear frame, below the weight stack.
Single Stations with Weight Tower
- Located on the inside of the tower.
Dip Chin and Leg Press
- Located on the bottom of the frame.
