Where to Find Your Gold's Gym Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your Gold's Gym equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front of the machine.
- Located on the cross frame (machine must be in the folded position to access).
- Located on the foot frame, user's right side.
- Located on the front inside deck frame, user's left (machine must be in the folded position to access).
- Located on the rear inside deck frame, user's right (machine must be in the folded position to access).
- Located on the upper console mast, user's left.
Ellipticals
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located under the frame, front or rear (tilt unit on its side to access).
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the rear stabilizer bar.
Exercise Bikes
Indoor Cycles
Located on the bottom of the frame.
Upright and Recumbent
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the bottom of the frame (turn or tilt unit on its side to access).
- Located on the front of the shroud.
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the frame in front of the rear stabilizer bar.
- Located on the vertical frame, underneath the seat.
- Located on the console mast.
Strength
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located under the seat pad.
- Located on the stabilizer foot.
- Located on the rear bottom frame.
