Where to Find Your HealthRider Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your HealthRider equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located at the front of the machine.
- Located on the cross frame (machine must be in the folded position).
- Located inside the deck frame, the user's left or right side (machine must be in the folded position).
- Located on the front outside deck frame, user's left side.
- Located inside the foot frame, the user's right side.
- Located on the rear inside deck frame, the user's right or left side (machine must be in the folded position).
- Located on the upper console mast, user's left side.
Ellipticals
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the rear stabilizer bar.
- Located under the mainframe (front, middle, or rear).
- Located under the ramp (machines with pedal wheels only).
- Located on the foot pedal arm, user's left.
Exercise Bikes
Indoor Cycles
Located on the front of the bike, mainframe.
Upright and Recumbent
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located under the mainframe (front or rear).
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the rear stabilizer frame (recumbent bikes with an upright rear frame).
Strength
Located under the frame, the user's right side.
