Where to Find Your Image Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your Image equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front of the machine.
- Located on the crossbar (machine must be in its folded position).
- Located inside the deck frame, on the user's right or left side (machine must be in its folded position).
- Located under the machine (machine must be in its folded position).
Exercise Bikes
Indoor Cycles
Located on the bottom of the frame (must tilt bike on its side to access).
Upright and Recumbent
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the rear frame, behind the seat (recumbent bikes with an upright rear frame).
Strength
Benches
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located under the seat pad.
- Located under the back pad.
Weight System
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located under the seat pad.
- Located on the lower frame, near the weight stack.
- Located on the front of the leg press.
Stair Climbers
Located on the front of the machine.
