Where to Find Your Nautilus Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your Nautilus equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the left-hand incline arm (incline treadmill to 15% for best view).
- Located on the front of the machine, near the power cord and/or power switch.
Exercise Bikes
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the rear stabilizer bar.
Treadclimber
Located under the treadle, user's left side.
StairMill
Located on the inside frame, the user's right side.
Stair Climbers
Located on the front of the machine.
