Where to Find Your NordicTrack Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your NordicTrack equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
Incline Trainers
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front cross member.
- Located on the frame rail, the user's right side. Behind or in front of the console upright tube.
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front cross member.
- Located on the front of the machine (machine must be in the down position).
- Located on the rear inside frame rail, the user's right side.
Ellipticals
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the bottom of the frame (front, middle, or rear).
- Located on the rear stabilizer bar.
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the bottom of the ramp assembly.
- Located on the inside console support tube, the user's right side.
Exercise Bikes
Indoor Cycles
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the bottom of the mainframe (front and rear).
- Located on the frame, above the chain guard.
Upright and Recumbent
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the bottom of the mainframe.
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the rear stabilizer bar.
- Located on the lower frame, behind the seat mounting post.
- Located on the lower or upper console mast.
Strength
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located under the seat.
- Located behind the backrest.
- Located on the lower frame (rear end).
Stair Climbers
Located on the lower frame beneath the pedals.
