Where to Find Your Octane Fitness Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your Octane Fitness equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Ellipticals
Seated
There are two separate serial numbers per machine: the base and console.
Base/Body of Machine Only
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located in the seat track, the user's right side (seat must be in the lowest position).
- Located on the metal frame just inside of the flywheel, the user's right side.
Console Only
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the backside of the console (cover must be removed).
- Located on the lower edge of the console (cover must be removed).
Standing
There are two separate serial numbers per machine: the base and console.
Base/Body of Machine Only
- Located below the right chrome rail next to where the power supply plugs into the machine.
Console
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the bottom edge of the upper console (just above the keypad).
- Located on the underside of the console.
