Where to Find Your ProForm Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your ProForm equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front of the machine, near power entry module or base (machine must be in the down position).
- Located on cross frame (machine must be in folded position).
- Located on the bottom of the machine (machine must be in folded position).
- Located inside the deck frame, user's left or right side (machine must be in folded position).
- Located on the foot frame, user's right side.
Ellipticals
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the underside of the mainframe (front, middle, or rear).
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the rear stabilizer bar.
Exercise Bikes
Indoor Cycles
Located on the bottom of the frame (front, middle, or rear).
Upright and Recumbent
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the bottom of the frame (front or middle).
- Located in front of the machine.
- Located under the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the rear stabilizer bar.
- Located on the base of the frame, rear end.
Stair Climbers

- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the mainframe between the pedals.
Located on the front stabilizer bar.
Total Body Trainer
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the rear crossbar.
- Located on the mainframe between the pedals.
Ski Machines
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front cross member.
- Located inside mainframe, under pedal arms, user's right side.
