Where to Find Your Reebok / Robix Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your Reebok / Robix equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
An extended model number & serial# may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front of the machine, near the power cord and/or power switch. On the user's left or right.
- Located on the lower frame or crossbar (machine must be in the folded position).
- Located inside the deck frame (machine must be in the folded position).
- Located on the rear inside deck frame. On the user's right side.
- Located under the treadmill (machine must be in the folded position).
Exercise Bikes
Indoor Cycles
An extended model number & serial# may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on top of the bottom frame
- Located inside the forks, on the user's left side.
Upright and Recumbent
An extended model number & serial# may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the bottom of the frame; Front, middle or rear (turn unit on its side to access).
- Located on the top of the frame, near the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the bottom of the rear stabilizer bar.
- Located on the top of the frame, near the rear stabilizer bar.
Strength
An extended model number & serial# may be found in one of these locations.
- Located under the seat.
- Located on the rear of the frame.
