Where to Find Your SportsArt Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your SportsArt equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
Ellipticals
A serial# may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the lower front cover center.
- Located on the rear cover, near the power switch/power cord/or above the transport wheel.
- Located under the rear cover, right side of the frame (look on the frame inside the cover opening for the glide rails).
Exercise Bikes
Indoor Cycles
Recumbent & Upright
A serial# may be found in one of these locations.
Recumbent Bike
- Located behind the seat.
- Located on the lower front cover.
- Located under the seat rail frame.
- Located on the vertical frame, under the transport handle.
Upright Bike
A serial# may be found in one of these locations.
5. Located on the rear vertical post frame, facing the cover.
6. Located on the rear cover by the power switch (units with a rear support cover).

A serial# may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front main frame (remove front cover).
- Located on the front stabilizer frame.

A serial# may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front cover.
- Located on the frame, near the power switch.
