Where to Find Your StairMaster Serial Number

Use the locations below to find the serial number on your StairMaster equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.

Treadmills

Located on the front of the machine, near the power cord and/or power switch.

StairMill

Located on the frame in the lower front of the machine on the user's left.

Stair Climbers

Located on the front stabilizer bar.
