Where to Find Your Tempo Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your Tempo equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
Folding
- Located on the front of the machine, to the left of the power cord and/or power switch.
- Located on the cross frame, underneath the running deck (machine must be in folded position).
- Located on the front stabilizer leg.
Ellipticals
A serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the rear stabilizer bar.
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the console mast bracket.
Exercise Bikes
Located on the front stabilizer bar.
