Where to Find Your Weslo Serial Number
Use the locations below to find the serial number on your Weslo equipment. You’ll need this number when ordering parts or contacting Sportsmith support.
Treadmills
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front of the machine.
- Located on the side of the deck frame, the user's left side.
- Located inside the deck frame, user's left side.
- Located on the bottom of the machine (machine must be in folded position).
- Located on the crossbar (machine must be in folded position).
- Located on the lower console mast.
Ellipticals
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the bottom of the frame (front or rear, tilt unit to access).
- Located on the rear stabilizer bar.
- Located on the front of the machine.
Exercise Bikes
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located under the mainframe (in most cases, tilt the machine to access).
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the rear frame behind the seat.
- Located on the frame in front of the rear stabilizer.
- Located on the seat post frame.
- Located on the rear frame (may have to tip machine to the side to access).
Strength
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located under the seat pad.
- Located on the stabilizer frame.
- Located on the mid-frame stabilizer.
- Located on the base of the frame.
Stair Climbers

Located on the front stabilizer.
An extended model number & serial number may be found in one of these locations.
- Located on the front stabilizer bar.
- Located on the frame, in front of the steps.
- Located on the frame, in between the steps.
- Located on the rear stabilizer bar.
Rowers
Located below the main monitor.
Ski Machines
Located on the front of the machine.
