Motor Controller Comm Bad Error LifeFitness 93T, 95Ti, 95Te, 97Ti and 97Te Treadmills

Probable Cause

1. Loose wire harness.
2. Bad power entry module or motor controller.

Corrective Action

1. Check Harness Between Lift and Controller -P9/P3.
   1. Reset connections at wax/lift PCB connector P9 and motor controller PCB connector P3
2. Check Power to Motor Controller.
   1. Verify line voltage at the P1 connector on the Motor controller.
      1. If voltage exists, replace the motor controller.
      2. If no voltage exists, replace the power entry module.
