Probable Cause

1. Bad Wax/Lift PCB.

Corrective Action

1. Check Power on Lift.
   1. Verify if the LED 7 (Green) and LED 8 (Red) is lit on the Wax/Lift PCB.
      1. If no, replace Wax/Lift PCB.
